Senior Management Matt Mink Serving as President and Principal of Trinity Benefit Advisors, Matt has been in the Employee Benefits Market for the past 18 years. After a brief one year stay at Horizon Blue Cross of NJ, he then spent the next five years at Independence Blue Cross in Philadelphia in their marketing division working with employer groups. Matt started an Employee Benefits Consulting firm in 2001 in Malvern, Pa and grew their business to over 250 clients in the Tri-State Area. In May of 2006 he partnered with Brown and Brown, the sixth largest publicly traded insurance agency in the country to assist with his client’s needs. Matt will oversee all aspects of Trinity Benefit Advisors including the sales and servicing of Group benefits as well as overall management. He attended Villanova University and currently is married with four kids living in the Valley Forge area where he can be found coaching youth soccer, baseball and basketball. Linkedin Chas Pires As Vice President and Principal of Trinity Benefit Advisors, Chas has more than 16 years experience with providing employee benefits to small and mid-sized companies. Prior to working with a large brokerage and insurance company he was instrumental in the explosive growth of a benefit firm specializing in small to mid-sized employee benefit consulting. Chas is well versed in multiple benefit funding strategies and has been instrumental in helping hundreds of small to mid-sized employers design, implement and control the cost of their health care. In conjunction with his responsibilities to drive new client acquisition for Trinity Benefit Advisors, Chas also has extensive knowledge on 401(k) plans and 403(b) plans, serving as Managing Partner for Benefit Development Financial Group. A graduate of Millersville University, Chas resides in the Valley Forge area with his wife and four children where he coaches football, wrestling & tournament baseball. Always generous with his time, Chas also serves as the Vice President of Holy Family CYO. Linkedin Bill Fitzgerald A Vice President and Principal of Trinity Benefit Advisors, Bill spent six years in the marketing division at Independence Blue Cross developing and implementing employee benefits plans for small and medium sized employer groups in the Philadelphia area. After Blue Cross, Bill spent eight years with a global technology services and infrastructure company where he worked with Fortune 500 companies, including numerous pharmaceutical, health insurance and hospital systems. Focusing on all forms of Consumer Directed Healthcare, Bill brings a strong background in assisting organizations of all sizes develop easy to implement strategies to improve efficiencies and manage costs. Bill is a graduate of King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA and volunteers on the McGowan School of Business Advisory Board and Mentoring Program. Bill resides in Lower Salford Township with his wife and three children and is an active member of the Souderton-Telford Rotary Club. Linkedin Sales Team Thomas Gangemi Tom brings to Trinity Benefit Advisors considerable expertise in medical insurance learned during his many years on the provider side of the healthcare industry. Prior to joining TBA in 2010, Tom achieved many successes during a 25-year career as a sales and publishing executive in the medical publishing field. His business acumen and natural talent for networking propelled his career from his start as a regional advertising sales representative for Chilton Publications, to the level of Publisher. Tom subsequently worked for a number of medical publishing companies in various executive management positions. He was responsible for the launching of several medical publications, many of which are still being published. Journals such as, Practical Dermatology, Practical Neurology and Review of Ophthalmology, to name just a few, continue to offer physicians advice not only on clinical topics but also on how to manage the business side of their practice. He started Avondale Medical Publications, in 2001. As President and majority shareholder of Avondale for seven years, Tom gained first-hand experience in the responsibilities of small business ownership. His insights on the financial and managerial challenges of running a small businesses now allow him to devise customized and cost effective solutions for clients. Tom and his wife Joanne, have raised five children and recently welcomed their first grandchild. Tom is active at the YMCA and previously coached basketball for CYO, (St Helena’s, Blue Bell) and Whitpain Township. He started out his career as a teacher at Valley Forge Military Academy where he coached varsity basketball. He resides in Blue Bell, Pa. Linkedin Patrick E. Gangemi Serving as Managing Partner of Trinity Benefit Advisors, Patrick has been with the firm for almost ten years. Working alongside the main partners as one of the leaders of Trinity Benefit Advisors, Patrick is responsible for developing, servicing, and maintaining client relationships. Patrick has a background investing in and working with companies to shape their goals and success. He specializes in providing health, dental, vision, life, disability and voluntary insurance products from the top-rated carriers in the industry. Patrick received his B.A. in Communications from Temple University in 2009 where he was a volunteer in the athletic development office, helping to fundraise much needed capital to support the school's athletic programs. Outside of work, he enjoys Philadelphia Sports and the Avalon Beach during the summer. He also enjoys working out, golf, yoga, and great restaurants as well as maintaining a strong interest in developing his own real estate portfolio. Patrick believes nothing is more important than family and spends much of his time with his own family and many friends. Patrick loves raising his two beautiful children Ellie and Matthew with his wife Molly. He spends his time in both Philadelphia, PA and Tampa, FL. Linkedin Sean Fitzgerald Serving as a Sales Representative of Trinity Benefit Advisors, Sean joined our team in May 2014. Prior to joining the Trinity Team, Sean spent 14 years in the finance industry including the previous 8 with a large National Bank helping small-mid size companies improve their cash flow to help them increase their bottom line. His responsibilities at Trinity include new business development and managing client relationships. By using his extensive client relationship background, Sean takes a comprehensive and consultative approach to helping his clients with all aspects of their employee benefits from group health, life, dental and disability insurance. A graduate of Penn State University, Sean resides in Southern New Jersey with his wife and two sons where he is active in his local community and church in youth mentoring programs. In his free time, Sean enjoys working out and playing sports and most of all spending time with his family at the Jersey Shore. Linkedin Suzann Senczy Suzann joined Trinity Benefit Advisors in May of 2014 as the Director of Medicare Sales. Prior to joining Trinity, Suzann worked as a COBRA Service Specialist handling mid to large market clients. She utilized her expertise in the insurance industry to network and provide optimum client satisfaction whether it be through process improvement, education, or assisting with applications. Suzann attended Shippensburg University and earned a B.S. in Elementary Education. Furthering her education, she continued at Immaculata to earn a certification in Special Education. She is also a fully licensed life and health insurance agent. Suzann enjoys spending time with friends and family, loves the outdoors, and spends time traveling and trying new restaurants. One of her favorite trips has been to South Korea where she spent 10 days immersed in the Korean culture eating all kinds of food and sightseeing. She currently resides in Phoenixville, PA. Linkedin Account Management Courtney Bradbury Courtney joined Trinity Benefit Advisors in 2016 as an Associate Account Manager. Her primary responsibility is to support Trinity’s growing Large Group Account Management Team with various tasks and projects. She assists the team with renewal and open enrollment activities, communication initiatives, and general day to day servicing. Prior to Trinity, Courtney worked at a large insurance carrier as a benefits counselor. She provided one on one assistance and education to employees throughout the enrollment process. She also has experience in facilitating worker’s compensation claims. Courtney graduated from East Carolina University Magna Cum Laude and she is a fully licensed life and health insurance agent. She resides in Philadelphia and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves playing on intramural sports teams, traveling, and any outdoor activities. Brittany McGann Brittany joined Trinity Benefit Advisors in September 2014 as an Associate Account Manager and was promoted in 2016 to an Account Manager in our Small Group Account Management department. She currently assists her clients with service, compliance, and renewal activities. Before joining Trinity, she spent 2 years working as a Human Resources professional specializing in employee relations and recruiting. Brittany also has a background in customer service and independent consulting. Brittany received her B.A. in Sociology from Widener University and is a fully licensed life and health insurance agent. She enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, rock climbing, and kayaking. She can be found spending most of her time with her husband and beautiful daughter. Jennifer Pimlett Jennifer joined Trinity Benefit Advisors as an Account Manager in our Small Group Account Management department. She currently assists her clients with service, compliance, and renewal activities. Before joining Trinity, she worked for a national broker for 8 years as a client service manager. There she processed enrollments, answered benefit related questions, administered COBRA, collaborated with insurance carriers and conducted employee benefit communication meetings. Jennifer received her B.S. in Economics from Pennsylvania State University and is a fully licensed life and health insurance agent. She resides in Wayne PA and loves to travel, dine out with friends, and attend Barre 3 classes. Jennifer’s favorite activities involve spending time with her two children and volunteering with their school activities. Shane Puzan Serving as the HR Technology Manager at Trinity Benefit Advisors, Shane has been in the employee benefits industry for over 14 years working with mostly small and midsize companies. He initially came to Trinity as an Account Manager and was quickly promoted to Senior Account Manager. Shane currently manages our online Client Benefit Management and HRIS Administration Systems. His responsibilities include client online implementation and training, providing technical assistance, on-boarding new hires, processing daily enrollment transactions, and managing open enrollment processes and activities. Shane attended Bucks County Community College and has a background in Graphic Design and Print Ad Marketing. He is also a fully licensed life and health insurance agent. Cherie Forman Cherie joined Trinity Benefit Advisors as a Benefit Specialist in our Service department. Her responsibilities include processing benefit enrollment information, processing COBRA activities, and providing timely and accurate customer service to our clients. Prior to Trinity, Cherie worked in the Home Health Care and banking industries where she gained valuable experience in assisting individuals through challenging events and provided compassionate service. Cherie is a fully licensed life and health insurance agent. She currently resides in Norristown PA with her husband and son. She enjoys watching sports and spending time with her family. Administration & Finance Anndee Rama Anndee manages all financial aspects for Trinity Benefit Advisors such as preparing financial reports, reviewing business performance, and overseeing the accounting and payroll systems. She is a pivotal player in supporting the sales and management team in operational decisions and in the formulation of overall strategic direction. She develops policies and procedures that will ensure Trinity achieves future financial goals. Before joining Trinity, Anndee spent many years as a business and general manager in the construction industry. From there she brings with her expertise in developing and managing multiple budgets, establishing accounting systems, scheduling and corporate restructuring. A graduate of Drexel University with dual Engineering degrees, Anndee is also is certified in Project Management. She currently resides in Upper Dublin Township with her four children and is active in their school and sports activities. She also enjoys being creative in the kitchen and attending yoga classes.
